Cell theory is a big idea in science that helps us understand living things. It tells us three important things:

1. All living things are made of cells.
   – That means you, your pet, trees, and even tiny bugs are all made of cells!

2. Cells are the basic building blocks of life.
   – Just like LEGO bricks build cool things, cells build plants, animals, and people.

3. All cells come from other cells.
   – New cells are made when old cells divide. It's kind of like how people come from other people!

​🧫 So, What Is a Cell?

A cell is the tiniest part of any living thing that can still do all the stuff life needs—like eating, growing, and making energy. Some living things, like bacteria, are just one tiny cell. Others, like humans, have trillions of them!
