∴​I disagree is a frequently used expression that conveys that a person holds a contrasting opinion or perspective on a topic or issue. Another way to express disagreement.

∴ let’s say a friend is trying to convince you that pineapple on pizza is delicious. If you think pineapples do not belong on pizza, you might say something like:

​*I understand where you’re coming from, but Pineapple and pizza do not go well together.
*That’s a fair point, but Pineapple on pizza is disgusting!
*I beg to differ but pizza with pineapple is not the best.

​Somone is trying to convince you that social media platforms are benificial, but you disagree.

​*I appreciate your perspective, but the data on social media’s impact on mental health suggests that the harms often outweigh the benefits.
*With all due respect, the addictive design of these platforms harms attention spans more than it helps society.
