After answering the self reflection questions from our lessons, what are some of the things you want? For instance, what type of salary do you want? What type of benefits do you want? Is it important to you to be able to advance? Write at least three of those questions below.

Now that you've identified what you want, take some time to identify what you need. You might be surprised at what will make you happy at school or in a job or what might make you leave. Do you need to feel appreciated, do you need to make a certain salary, is time off important to you. List at least three of those needs below.
