Multiple-Choice questions

• have only one correct answer

• sometimes evaluating the possibble answers is BETTER than actually solving the exercise

• fill in the answer sheet (pencil) while you are doing the questions! You might not have enough time for that later

Gridded-Response Questions

• these questions make up about 20% of the test

• the answer to each gridded-response

  question is a number (fraction, decimal, or positive integer)

• do NOT write your answer ONLY in the boxes at the top of the grid.
