This bucket is not used to measure volume, but we can still estimate how much water is in there. How you ask?

We use liters to measure volume
Liters is the 'base unit'
When you have 10 liters, you can instead say you have a dekaliter
If you have 1000 liters then you have a kiloliter
If you only have a small amount, 1/1000 of a liter - then you have a milileter
