Objectives

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

• Identify three emerging technology with 90% accuracy.

• Demonstrate active knowledge of the definition of at least two of the emerging technologies mentioned.

• Share their personal experience with using at least one of the recently emerged technology.

What are some Emerging Technology?

Technology is advancing everyday. Some Emerging technologies are:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) - Computer systems capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence.

• Internet of Things (IoT) - the collective network of connected devices and the technology that facilitates communication

• Extended Reality - Umbrella term for immersive technology such as Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR).
