Challenges:

1.Pressure: Workplace pressure arises from high demands, tight schedules, and the need
to perform at a consistently high level. It can come from management, clients, or self-
imposed expectations. Pressure can be motivating, but excessive or constant pressure may
lead to burnout and decreased productivity.

2.Deadlines: Deadlines are set to ensure work is completed on time, but they can
become stressful when they are unrealistic or numerous. Tight deadlines can create a
sense of urgency that enhances focus and productivity, but poor time management or
unforeseen obstacles can make meeting them challenging.

3.Multitasking: The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is often required in fast-paced
work environments. However, multitasking can lead to reduced focus and lower-quality
work as the brain struggles to switch between different tasks efficiently. It can also increase
stress and fatigue.

4.Stress: Stress in the workplace can stem from various factors such as workload,
interpersonal conflicts, job insecurity, and high expectations. Chronic stress can negatively
impact mental and physical health, reducing job satisfaction and productivity.

5.Expectations: Employees often face expectations from managers, colleagues, and
clients to deliver high-quality work, meet goals, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Unclear or unrealistic expectations can lead to frustration and a sense of inadequacy, while
clear and achievable expectations can boost motivation and performance.
