To convert a fraction to a percent- Two Ways
Option 1:
Divide the numerator by the denominator AND then multiply by 100.
When multiplying by 100, move the decimal point two places to the right!
Option 2:
Multiply both numerator and denominator by a number that will make the denominator equal to 100.

For example: 6/3 = 2 or 200% 10/5 = 2 or 200%
If the numerator is three times as big as the denominator it will be 300%
For example: 36/12 = 3 or 300% 9/3 = 3 or 300%
