Say where and when: (The event will take place on (date) at (place).
Say why they are a good speaker: (We believe you would be a great speaker for our event because.....)
Say what you want them to do: (It would be great if you could talk about...)
Give them contact details: (If you are able to be our speaker, please let us know by contacting (someone) at (phone number or email).
