• Literary works use three main points of view:

  • first person

  • third person limited

  • third person omniscient

• You can determine a work's point of view by studying the types of pronouns it uses and checking to see if the text includes the thoughts and feelings of one character or many characters.

• Once you identify the point of view, consider why an author used it.

• Read the pages for today from your Reading Schedule on page 92 of your ELA Notebook

• While you read, make sure you are annotating either in your book or on the notes pages in your ELA Notebook

• After you read and complete your job, head to the padlet to share
