I studied French in college but I did not use the degree thereafter. I worked in athletics and library sciences!

​In 2020, I moved to France to teach English in Charolles. After the academic year, I moved back to Pa and begain teaching French in 2021.

I teach French 1, 2, 3, and AP.

Teaching high school is very rewarding because I get to witness young adults mature and make important decisions in their life.

Motivational Strategies

1. Good motivational strategies are very important for a classroom management plan because they encourage students to engage actively with their learning, fostering a sense of purpose and enthusiasm that can reduce off-task behavior (Rimm-Kaufman & Sandilos, 2010).

2. When students feel motivated, they are more likely to invest effort and stay focused on tasks (Carjuzaa & Kellough, 2016).
