1.     Make a hypothesis explaining how colder temperatures affect molecules in a reaction.

Things to remember:

All enzyme-catalyzed reactions occur under specific environmental conditions such as different temperatures or pH levels that affect how fast the enzymes work. How fast an enzyme works, or its rate of reaction, can be measured by how quickly the product is produced. The conditions under which an enzyme normally works are called optimum conditions.

2. Based on that hypothesis, make a prediction about how well the enzyme will work when the Pineapple is frozen.
