現在から「～年(時間・分) 後」は、in ～.　この場合は、willなど未来を表す表現と共に用いられる。ただし later （後で）を単独で用いる場合には、でちでも使える。

日本語では「～の二日後」だが、英語では「二日後～」の語順になる。

after～ だけでは「～の後どれくらいなのか」がわからない。その前に、例えば two days　という副詞句をつけることで、その時間を限定することができる。数字以外にもsoonやimmediatelyなどをつけることも可能である。
