If we were to have a general meeting once a month, what is the minimum attendance commitment expectation per semester (5 months)?

For events, what should be the minimum expected volunteer participation per semester/school year? Note that this will also depend on how many events the club will be hosting. Planning events may be time consuming, which means that you will have to meet more than the general monthly meeting.

There are 33 students who signed up as peer leaders this year. Since we are a larger club, would you rather be divided into event committees? (Cross-cultural committee, Workshops and Sessions Committee, and Social Committee)
