Putting your worries on paper can help you gain perspective and clairty.

Is there something that is causing you to become anxious or making you worried?

Is there anything I can help assist you with or help to support you? Not only in my class, but in your life as well.

Lastly, setting goals is a crucial way to ensure that you are actively on a path to being productive and setting yourself up for success. Being productive is a HUGE way to build confidence and our self esteem, even during hard times.
