The first humans were hunter-gatherers. These humans had no home and were nomads. They followed large packs of animals like the Woolly Mammoth, they hunted these animals for food.

The Hunter-Gatherers were Nomads. They had no permanent home and were always on the move following the large groups of animals they hunted.

​Nomad

Hunter-Gatherers followed the large groups of animals they hunted across the Bering Land Bridge. Once upon a time, the water between Russia and Alaska was frozen over and the ice was so thick that animals and humans could cross over it. When the animals like the mammoths crossed over the Bering Land Bridge, the Hunter-Gatherer clans followed them into North America. Once the Hunter-Gatherers crossed into North America, the clans would go in different directions migrating after the herds of animals they hunted.
