I´m taller than my systers. Paris is more beautiful than London. round= rounder; attractive= more attractive
1 syllable adjectives: -er (or -r for adjectives that end in -e).
Multisyllable adjectives: more
For some 2 syllable adjectives: -ed or more, but for the ones which ends on -y: generally change the -y to -i and add-er. happy=happier

Many women thought they were less attrative than they actually were. Beards are less popular than they used to.

We use than when we make a comparison between two things.

​3.- use a modifier when you want to give more detail about the degree of difference between two things

To make the difference between the things being compared:
stronger: a lot far much so much very much
smaller: a bit a little slightly
no difference: not any no

1 -2 syllable adjectives = the and -est. the shortest
Multisyllable= most. the most beautiful
