情狀副詞的形成規則

​情副出現在哪裡?

​1. 主詞 + 不及物動詞 + 情副.
The boy ran slowly.

​2. 主詞 + 及物動詞 + 受詞 + 情副.
The boy closed the window quietly.

​情副的位置

3. 主詞 + Be動詞 + V-ing + (受詞)+ 情態副詞.

情態副詞的原問句:

She sings terribly. (她唱得很糟)

(她唱得如何?)

​情副也可以拿來修飾整個句子，表示(1) 這句話的真實性、或(2) 表達說話的人的意見或情緒

(1) Clearly, all the stories are not true.
(2) Sadly, we lost the game yesterday.
