Students may interrupt the teacher or their peers by talking out of turn, which can disrupt the flow of the lesson.

What to do about these behaviors?

Recognizing these common disruptions and behaviors can help teachers proactively address them through effective classroom management strategies and interventions to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.


Ask your administration for resources about the concerning behaviors in your classroom.

​Offering rewards and incentives in your classroom help students stay accountable for their own behavior throughout the day because they want the reward.
