Creating a lesson is as easy as creating a power point.
You can even import a power point or google doc. that will be turned into a quiz or lesson.

There are many question types

​Both open and close ended.

Students can work independently or with a group.

Quizizz Types

Live Quiz - In Class Game Mode. Great for pre-assessment or as a review before a summative assessment. Can be used to deliver a live lesson

Assign Homework - Students can do at any time and do multiple times. Recommended to leave on Classcharts for students to review for tests.

When you set a question you can add audio, video, equations to the question or individual answers

It is easy to import questions from your previous lessons or select from a bank of other quizizz

• Allows questioning during the class to gage students learning and comprehension.

• Students can access for review

You can see how each student did, or get an overview for each question easily seeing what needs recapping or what they know.

CREATING QUIZIZZ
LESSONS

Create a Quizizz
account, if you
haven’t done so
already.

First thing needed:
Multiple devices that have access to Quizizz.

Open a
PowerPoint File
you currently
teach.

Save the
PowerPoint
file as a
PDF.

Return to Quizizz and select
“create”.

Tap or
click
“Lesson”.

Select
“Import
Slides from
Google Drive”

Select
“Upload a
PDF file”.

Select your
PDF file,
then press
“open”.

You now have the
option of selecting
which slides you
want to keep or
delete.

Press “Import”
once you have
made your
decision.

I would advise that you
always select “Editable
Slides" in the event you
need to make an
adjustment to a slide.

Everything is uploaded

Time to add
some
questions!

Select “Add new slide”

You can “teleport” a question
related to your topic.

Or create your own question
related to the topic.

Or teleporting a question. Simply select “Add
question”.
