After the verb TO BE (if it is the main one that is being talked about)

It is much more common in spoken language
it comes at the end of the sentence
It can also be used to give short answers.

We usually put it at the end of the sentence
If it goes in the middle of the sentence it must go between commas
It is especially common in responces to fixed expression such as giving good wishes
