​Introduction

What is the role of cabin crew supervisor?

• A Cabin Crew Supervisor manages a team of flight attendants on an aircraft flight. You'll make sure cabin crew staff are providing excellent customer service and following correct procedures. Cabin Crew Supervisors may attend to security issues or deal with any passenger problems that arise during a flight.
  
  
  

Announcements for CCS

Ladies and gentlemen, [Airline Name] welcomes you to [city]. The local time is [time]. For your safety and the safety of those around you, please remain seated with your seat belt fastened and keep the aisle(s) clear until we are parked at the gate. The Captain will then turn off the “Fasten Seat Belt” sign, indicating it is safe to stand. Please use caution when opening the overhead compartments and removing items, since articles may have shifted during flight.

After Landing Purser announcement

Good[morning/afternoon/evening] ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of airBaltic, it is my pleasure to welcome you aboard flight [number] with service to [city] . Thank-you.

CC Panel

As CCS you have access to crew panel where you can change mood lighting, seatbelts sign, airstairs and music.

• At boarding you have to set the green central lights.

• At departure you have to turn off all lights.

• At cruise try to set Yellow/Orange, green lighting or blue one.

• At disembark turn the green one again as it was at Boarding.

• Remember! Do not forget about to switch on the safety seatbelt signs&music on.

  
  

  
  

• ROTA - Document with roles at flight, yes you have to do ROTA, 1 day - 20 minutes before flight.

So as no 1 you do CC briefing, you give roles for others CC's and CC briefing must be done at staff joining time.
