What Is The Meaning Of Al-Quran?

Al-Qur’an is the word of Allah
and his final book. It begins
with Surat-ul-Fatihah and
ends with Surat An-nas.

The Structure Of The Quran

The Qur’an made of 114 suwar
(chapters). Each chapter has a
name like : Al-Fatiha ,Azlzalah,
Al Kahf and Al Rahman.

The Structure Of The Quran

The chapter (Surah) is a set of the
verses of the Holy Quran which has an opening and an end. These verses are
called Ayaat

Ayaah and Ayaat

The word Ayaat in Arabic is plural and
the singular word for verse is Ayaah.
The Holy Quran contains long and short
chapters. Some chapters have long
verses whilst others have short verses.
There are 6348 verses in the holy quran

Juzu and Hizb (part and subpart

Al Juzu (Part) is a collection of eight quarters. They
are split into two sub parts called Hizb. Each Hizb is
made up of four quarters.
The scholars divided the Quran into 30 portions called Juzu
