 A subset of a biome with similar climates and organisms defined in terms of natural features and environments.  

Eco-Region

all of the living and non-living things that interact in an area

Ecosystem

A pathway of energy transfer from producers to consumers.

Food Chain

 an individual life form

Organism

a group of the same organisms in a given area

Population

the place where an organism lives.

Habitat

A very small specialized habitat within a larger habitat

Microhabitat

Located in an energy pyramid. An area in a row that represents the energy stored.
