BPUPKI adalah singkatan dari Badan Penyelidik Usaha-usaha Persiapan Kemerdekaan Indonesia. BPUPKI adalah badan hukum yang dibentuk pada masa pendudukan Jepang di Indonesia pada tahun 1945. Badan ini bertugas untuk melakukan penyelidikan dan persiapan dalam rangka mendapatkan pendapat dan usulan rakyat Indonesia terkait perumusan kemerdekaan.
