As you probably noticed on labels in some shops, not every country uses the same system for clothing sizes.

Therefore, if you buy clothing in Europe, pay attention to the sizes! Kids also have their own system - and toddelrs as well.

You can easily find converstion tables online, but it's always better to try on clothes before buying - we are a lot less nice when it comes to returns (strict shorter deadlines, and with label and receipts, no exceptions).

​Europe has its own system, although Italy, the UK, and scandinavian countries are doing their own individual thing.

We have S, M, L, XL etc, but the rumor says that a European S is a USA M.

Europe

In Europe, all sizes (adults) go from 32 or 34 to 46 or 48. Above 48 would be a plus size - unfortunately harder to come by in Europe.

​We use the same size for tops and bottoms.

As we use different measuring systems*, shoe sizes have different numbers too.

Here is a conversion table.

*The US shoe sizes are based off of barleycorns, which are roughly 1/3 of an inch (around 8.47mm). European shoe sizes rely on Paris points, which equate to 2/3 of a centimeter (or 6.67mm).
