How to know if this is for you?

For starters, do you ever feel lost? Numb? Empty? And there isn't a particular reason as to why you feel this way, you just do. Or if you have a reason and your life just seems like a mess, as if it isn't going to get better. Like there's no point to keep trying. Then this class is for you.
