All Star Math Guide!
In these following slides, you will learn about, addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division!
Addition, the most simple operation of all, Is just adding. There is not much to it.
Multiplication is one of the operations you will learn during 3rd, 2nd, and 4th grade. Multiplication is also similar to addition, but the products are most likely to be bigger. The first number, for instance, 7, and for the second, 5. So put it like this 7 X 5 = 35. It is 7+7+7+7+7. Get it?

Subtraction, Is also pretty basic. Yet it is used a lot in the larger grades. For instance, My first digit is 2. My second is also 3. This, you cannot do. Your first digit has to be bigger than the second digit, if not, you will get a negative answer. So for instance, 20. Second, 3. 20-3=17.
Division, (which is learned in 3rd to 2nd grade,) is basically dividing. For example, 10 is my first. 3 is my 2nd. This you cannot do. 10 cannot be divided by 3, unless you want complex answers. For instance 16, can be divided by 4. So here is a model to make you understand: / / / / = group 1 / / / / = group 2 / / / / = group 3 / / / / = group 4. So 4 would be your anwer.
