CPR and Choking scenarios

You are jogging through the park one morning and hear someone scream for help. You run over to the woman and see a middle-aged man lying on the ground beside her. The woman says her husband started to have trouble breathing while they were walking, so they sat down. Seconds later, she said, he collapsed to the ground.

What do you do?

You are babysitting for your 9-month old nephew. You are home alone. When he is crawling around on the floor, he finds a small toy and puts it in his mouth. He is sitting on the ground and he looks like he is having trouble breathing. He has swallowed the toy.
