The drill press is used to drill straight holes
Chuck must be tightened with chuck key
Machine must be unplugged when changing bits
Smaller work pieces must be clamped to table
Rotate chuck by hand to make sure drill bit is centered
Check depth stop before drilling to make sure it is in the right position

Find the chuck key on the power key and unplug drill
Using the chuck key in the chuck loosen by turning counter clockwise and take drill bit out
Insert new drill bit and hand tighten
Insert chuck and tighten by turning clockwise
Rotate the chuck and tighten again with the chuck key
Plug power cord in and you are ready

Mark depth of hole on lumber
With machine off, lower drill bit till the desired line
Turn nuts down until you can't any more. (watch video for other drill)
Drill press will stop now at desired depth
Setting the Depth Stop

Loosen table using the lever at the back of the drill press
Once loose use the handle to raise or lower table
Tighten once at the desired height
Do Not Turn Handle if Table is Not Loose
