mental health can turn out to be good by talking to people and then it can make you happy and posistive by talking to a therapist a friend and such more.

i know that sound very good but it doesnt mean all of your problems will go away because people can make fun of you which then makes your self esteem low and you feel vulnruble which is able to make you conscious about your body image and can make you feel upset and not wanting to talk to anyone

most of the bad comments you get are on social media and that is where it effects most people because it is regualer that most of the people are saying mean comments are people online you know and they are hard to get rid off and it can effect you badly.by posibly giving you a mental illness.

if you are struggling to get rid of your mental issue problems some relaxing things you can do is go out and have a stroll out in the words and if you can make your physical health better because that can make you happier and more positive and you can do your favourite hobbie to calmn yourself and make you feel better and think positive about yourself.

if you connect with your friends it can make you feel positive and make you feel better for your wellbeing and something that you can do to make your self better is think postive about the things that you have done.
