Today, we are going to learn about PROCEDURE TEXT.

Start from the definition, social function, structure text and the language features.

The Definition of Procedure Text

Procedure text is a text that gives you an instruction how to do or make something.

As usually, this text is begin with the word "how to...."

example : "How to use..." or "how to operate..." or "how to make..."

is to explain the reader about how to do or make something with the sequence of actions or steps.

2. using conjuction (first, second, then, next, after that, etc)

Materials : Printer and paper

Steps :

1) First, make sure that the printer device softwere have been installed in your computer.

2) Prepare the printer by checking the amount of paper and the ink.

3) To begin with, plug in the printer and connect it to your computer.

4) Turn on your printer.

5) Open the document you'd like to print and then press CTRL + P buttons on your computer keyboard.

6) Last, click 'Ok' at the bottom of the pop-up screen to print.

7) Your documents will begin printing.

HOW TO USE A PRINTER

First, Plug the cable television into electricity

After that, press the power button to turn on the television

Wait untill the televison show the picture

Choose the channel that you want to watch use the button or the remote

Set the volume use the remote or button volume

Last, if you want to turn off the television you can use the power button
