What do we use it for?
The near future tense is used to describe 'what is going to happen'. It is the most common tense in Spanish for describing future plans.

How does it work?
Near future tense
To form the near future, you need three elements:
ir (in the present tense) + a + infinitive
PERSON | IR (to go) | | infinitive | |

(él/ella/usted) | va | a | escuchar | He/She/You (formal) are going to listen |
