Pseudocode is fake code. It makes sense, but you can't run it through a computer.

Pseudocode

​Addition: 1 + 2 = 3

Subtraction: 4 - 3 = 1

Multiplication: 1 * 2 = 2

Division: 1 / 2 = 0.5

Modulus: 9 % 5​ = 4

Exponentiation: 2 ^ 3 = 8​
