The Present Perfect
Is a verb tense that we use to talk about things we have done up to now. These experiences are perceived as finished. Although it is called the present perfect, the situations and experiences that we will talk about began in the past - perhaps they ended in the past, or perhaps they continue up to the present.
I have watched that movie.
She has lived here since she was little.
