Boundaries are limits on what you can do that are set by those who have authority over your lives.

The deception is to focus on what you can't do rather than see all that you can do.

​You are getting older and moving into a phase of YOU setting boundaries for yourself. Yes, the adults around, who care, are still setting boundaries. But think about 23 year old you? University, workplace, married? What are your boundaries?
