We use too, too much, too many and (not) enough to express quantity. Specifically to express that something is more than it is necessary.

We use too many with countable nouns.

We use too much with uncountable nouns.

We can use too or too much with adjectives.

We can use enough to say that we have the right amount of something, but we use (not) enough when we have less than necessary of something.

Examples: ​We have enough eggs => We don't have enough flour.

​We use enough or (not) enough after adjectives or adverbs.

​We can use enough or (not) enough after a verb without an object.
