b. when reading a question, identify the key words and scan the text

HOW TO SKIM:

a. look at the first paragraph and focus on the first and 2nd sentences to get the main idea

b. drop down next on the last part to get important information like DATES and NUMBERS

c. skip next to the last paragraph for a summary

Underline important information as you read (number, date, names, etc.)

Identify key words and scan the text for it
