The longest mountain range in the world. It spans some 8,900 kilometres from the north to the south of the continent.
The Andes
This water system is made up of 275 individual waterfalls spanding over 3km between Brazil and Argentina. Their size ranges between 60 - 82 meters tall, making them bigger than Niagara Falls.
The iguazu falls
The driest place on Earth is located in Chile and it's surrounded by the Pacific Coast and the Andes. Temperatures can be as hot at 40º C and as cold as 5º C.

A 30 metre statue built by on top of the 700 metre high Mount Corcovado in Rio De Janeiro. It was constructed between 1922 and 1931 and has now become one of Brazil's most iconic landmarks and a symbol of Christianity. Fun fact: You can get married at the Cristo Redentor. There is a small chapel found at the base of the statue.
Christ the Redeemer (Cristo Redentor)
A UNESCO World Heritage Site built around 1450 AD. It is said that this Incan city found 2430 meteres above sea level was built for the Incan Emperor Pachacuti. Nowadays, to preserve the site there is a no-fly zone implemented, only 2500 visitors/day are allowed and they must follow a one-way walkway to reduce foot traffic.
