Bagaimana menjaga agar kondisi jasmani dan rohani Anda senantiasa sehat? Pengertian hidup sehat mencakup aturan dan pola seseorang untuk menjalankan hidup ini dengan cara proporsional dan terkontrol. Pola tersebutlah yang akan membuat orang menjadi sehat. Untuk sehat butuh aturan, jika hidup tanpa aturan maka akan muncullah kehidupan yang serampangan. Bukan hanya kesehatan fisik yang akan terganggu, namun lebih berbahaya lagi jika menyangkut kesehatan jiwa.Kesehatan amatlah penting untuk meraih kebahagiaan hidup. Syarat utama seseorang dapat menikmati kebahagiaan dalam hidup ini adalah saat mereka memiliki kesehatan secara jasmani dan rohani. Pengertian hidup sehatini menjadi cara seseorang untuk menuju kebahagiaan hidup.
