Instructions

1. Open Google

2. Navigate to earth.google.com/web

3. Click on the “ship’s wheel” icon

4. Select the “Culture” tab

5. Look for the feature called “This is Home”

6. Click “Explore Now”

7. Choose one of the homes shown

8. Observe the home and the location

Search for the place you call home.

• Click on the "Spyglass" icon​ on the left side. This may be a region, a city, or a specific location.

• Explore ​your home in Google Earth using the navigation controls.

• Use “pegman” to enter Street View if it is possible.

• Open Earth Engine Timelapse https://earthengine.google.com/timelapse/

• ​Search for the place you call home.

• Watch as the images change over time.

• Click on the “Pause” button at the left to stop Timelapse.

• Move forward through the years by clicking on the different year bars.

• Observe the changes.
