The Olympics are the leading international sporting events featuring summer and winter sports competitions in which thousands of athletes from around the world participate in a variety of competitions.

When and where are the Olympic games held?
The Olympic games are held every 4 years in a host city. The host city is determined by a secret vote held by the International Olympic Committee. They are divided into the Summer Olympics and Winter Olympics.
Did you know, the Summer and Winter Olympics used to be held in the same year, but now they are held in different years within the 4 year period.
