Gradient is the measure of the slope of the graph.
It is measured by finding change in y divided by change in x. Formula of gradient is written on right.

In this graph, select any two points and using the formula in the previous slide, we can find the gradient.

Using these two points, (0,3) and (1, 5), we can label the points and substitute in the formula.
