Shalat berjamaah merupakan shalat yang dikerjakan oleh dua orang atau lebih secara bersama-sama dan salah seorang dari mereka menjadi imam, sedangkan yang lainnya menjadi makmum.
Shalat lima waktu yang kita sangat diutamakan untuk dikerjakan secara berjamaah, bukan sendiri-sendiri (munfarid).
