​Reflexive verbs have two parts:

1) verb

2) reflexive pronoun​

​A Reflexive verb indicates that the subject of a sentence does the action to itself.

​I shave (myself) = me afeito

​You brush your teeth = te cepillas los dientes

​He washes his hands = se lava las manos

​We wash our faces = nos lavamos la cara

​Some verbs can be used: reciprocally.

​Reciprocal reflexives express a shared or reciprocal action between two or more people or things.

In this context, the pronoun means: (to) each other

or (to) one another.​

​Only the plural forms of the reflexive pronouns (nos, se) are used to express reciprocal actions because the action must involve more than one person or thing.
