1. 每星期減重不應超過1千克（即2.2磅）

2. 增加體力活動和進行輕度節食，

   每天卡路里攝取量不應少於800 千卡

3. 每星期進行中等強度的體力活動最少150分鐘

增加體重，應注意以下各點：

1. 主要進食複合碳水化合物（如飯、麵包），以增加卡路里攝取量。

   建議每天增加200-1000 千卡
