• ​It is used when you compare one object to another.

• ​Adjective has 3 degree of comparison: similar/positive, comparative and superlative.

Similar/ Positive Degree

Describes ONE thing:

Comparative Degree: ...-er than/ more ... than

Compare TWO things:

Sid's dog is bigger than Alex's dog.

Superlative Degree: the ...-est/ the most

Compare THREE OR MORE things:
