The capital city of England and the United Kingdom in general is London. Cardiff is the capital city of Wales. Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland and Belfast is the capital city of Northern Ireland.

​Landmark

The most well-known landmark in the city of London is Big Ben, nickname of the Great Bell, the striking clock at the north end of the palace of Westminster.
