8. Explain how glucose can become energy that can be used by all organisms.
Glucose gets broken down in a process called cellular respiration to release the energy its storing. In the cytoplasm, it goes through an anaerobic process that produces 2 ATP molecules. The two pieces then go inside the mitochondria and go through an aerobic process that produces 34 ATP

9. Explain how glucose can become part of a plant’s tissue/body
Some glucose is broken down and its atoms are used to build 3 of the main organic molecules. Some glucose is used to build the 4th main organic molecule:complex carbohydrates (Ex. Wood) which are large molecules made up of connected sugar molecules. All of the organic molecules become part of the plant's tissue.
