1- القدمين متباعدتين
2- ثني الركبتين قليلا قبل اللمس
3- ميل الجذع قليلا للامام (شبه استقامه)
4- الكفان فوق الجبهة والاصابع مفرودة
5- راحتل اليد بشكل مقعر بحيث تتناسبان وحجم الكرة

1- تلمس الكرة بالاصابع امام الجلهة تقريبا
2-الابهامان في مستوى افقي والاصابع متجهة للاعلى
3- اثناء الضرب للامام ولاعلى يمد اللاعب الركبتين والذراعين باتجاه مسار الكرة
4-يفرد اللعب الذراعين والقدمين كاملا
